Principles

  • Done.ai conducts its business consistently with the UN Global Compact and the 10 guiding principles on business and human rights, the international frameworks OECD Guidelines for Responsible Business Conduct, and respects internationally recognized human rights and international labor organizations. That includes, but is not limited to, the human right to freedom and the right not to be subject to forced labor, child labor, or any discrimination in respect of employment. Human rights are defined in this policy as rights inherent to all human beings, regardless of race, sex, nationality, ethnicity, language, religion, or any other status.

Standards of Business Conduct

Done.ai’s Standards of Business Conduct set requirements for how Done.ai companies and our business partners shall behave and what role we all shall have in the societies where we operate.

This includes assessing potential human rights impacts from activities and business relationships and aiming to apply effective prevention and mitigation actions where needed. The company, under its leadership, will seek ways to ensure respect for human rights to the greatest extent possible.

This policy sets out the principles for how Done.ai relates to employees, contractors, suppliers, and business partners. Done.ai will continuously seek to improve its human rights efforts.
